Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with Evonbiz Ltd, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 3 (three) days starting from receipt of the goods.
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in relation to any goods purchased by him on the website

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You received the product in the last 3 days
  • The received item is still in its original packaging
  • You have not used or damaged the product
  • You have a receipt and/or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Methods for exercising the right of withdrawal

You exercise the right of withdrawal by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written notice to the address of Evonbiz Ltd by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Return mode

You must return the product must to Evonbiz Ltd, complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and all that was originally delivered to the Customer, as well as packed in its original packaging. You have to attach a copy of the electronic receipt of the order to the returned product. The costs of returning the goods to Evonbiz Ltd are charged to the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, Evonbiz Ltd is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the Customer at the time of purchase.

Send the product with its original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase to:

Shipping fees

Shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product are not refundable.

The user is responsible for the payment of shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipment, to and from Evonbiz Ltd.

Right to reimbursement or rejection by Evonbiz Ltd

In particular, Evonbiz Ltd will proceed free of charge to the transmission of the re-credit order related to the cost of the goods shipped including shipping costs within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it became aware of the right of withdrawal by the Customer. This operation will be carried out by the credit institute issuing the credit card used for payment or by crediting the amount to the bank account indicated by the customer or via PayPal refund.
Evonbiz Ltd has the right to reject any product returned in a manner other than those specified above, as well as products for which the Customer has not fully paid the return costs or the methods and times indicated for communication have not been respected exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Damaged items

If you have received a damaged product, please let us know immediately for assistance.

Items on sale

Unfortunately, we don’t reimburse the items on sale. We reimburse only items at the normal price.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
